JUSTIN PAINTER

Owner and lead investigator Justin Painter has been in the private investigations field since 1989. He started out as an investigative assistant with a private Riverside firm, working his way from simple tasks such as legal research up to leading his own cases. In 1995, after completing all the California state requirements, Justin took the 3 hour exam and became a licensed investigator. Not long after, he decided to branch off on his own and established Justin Painter Investigations. The bulk of his case load was court appointed criminal defense investigation for Riverside County. Knowing that criminal work was just a small slice of the private investigation pie, he continued his education in other areas of industry such as civil, family law, skip tracing and asset searching. In 1999 he took a side job as a consultant for a local skip tracing agency. In 2007 he began taking worker’s comp assignments from major companies and insurance carriers. Today, Mr. Painter over sees his small staff of investigators and works with government agencies, law firms and private clientele.
